| Our Refund Policy |
We like to provides a fair and reasonable mechanism for resolution to any circumstance that may
require withdrawl.
1) Refunds before study begins:
(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received within 7 days before the commencement of the
period of instruction, 5% of the total tuition and fees due to a maximum of $250 may
be retained.
(b) If written notice of withdrawal is received 30 days or more before the commencement of the
period of instruction any tuition received will be refunded.
2) Refunds after the program of study starts:
(a) If written notice of withdrawal is received or a student is dismissed before 25% of the period
of instruction has elapsed, 25% of the tuition may be retained.
(b) If written notice of withdrawal is received or a student is dismissed after 25% and before 50%
of the period of instruction has elapsed 50% of the tuition may be retained.
(c) If a student withdraws or is dismissed after 50% of the period of instruction specified in the
contract has elapsed, no refund is required.
